Heel fijn geslapen de kamers zijn schoon. Alles in de kamer is goed voorzien van een leuke minibar en de televisie op de kamer is uitklapbaar waardoor je fijn op bed kan liggen en tv kan kijken. Het personeel in het hotel is ook zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij raden het iedereen aan om hier te slapen als je slaapt in Zwolle!

Bijna alles aan dit hotel klopt. Uitermate prettige, bijna huiselijke sfeer, ruime kamers, ontzettend vriendelijk en attent personeel en ook nog eens een heerlijk restaurant. Het concept minibar is wel aan vervanging toe. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is hier uit balans. Beetje ouderwets. De roomservice daarentegen is weer prima en beter betaalbaar. En het ontbijt is heerlijk. Waren hier rond en met de jaarwisseling en zowel diner als bediening was waanzinnig goed. Maar ook de wijze waarop aandacht werd besteed aan het welzijn van de hotelgasten op deze avond was bijzonder. Met een gezamenlijk toostmoment als kers op de taart. Echt een aanrader

Het het oudejaars diner en de hele beleving was geweldig. Vanaf het moment dat je binnenkomt tot het uitchecken was meer dan geweldig, een aanrader. We zijn in vele hotels geweest maar Pillows Zwolle staat op 1 😉. Nogmaals bedankt en misschien tot een volgende keer.

Come for the hotel, stay for the people! Uitzonderlijk veel gastvrijheid mogen ervaren. Alles is mogelijk en voor alles is aandacht. Hier overnacht met oud en nieuw en de perfecte combinatie van stijlvol maar toch ontspannen eten, drinken en overnachten gehad.

Een hele vriendelijke ontvangst, hele fijne kamer en een heel fijn diner bij het inhouse restaurant Coperto waar trouwens ook het uitstekende ontbijt werd geserveerd. Ik raad deze accommodatie zeker aan als je Zwolle wilt bezoeken, wat ook de moeite waard is.
